Gestor - The Union for the Protection of Authorship, in accordance with the Czech Copyright Act, executes collective administration on the basis of Licence No. 10042/98, issued by a decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, of 1 September 1998.

Gestor's operating licence for the execution of collective administration has been renewed by Licence No. 5106/2001, issued by a decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, of 24 May 2002.
